How does CaringWheels assign a suitable Care Aide?
Caringwheel will carefully match the skills and experience to the specific needs of both the caregiver and the care recipient(s). Keeping in mind of care recipient’s condition, required level of support, and any specialized needs. Simultaneously, the caregiver’s preferences and any specific assistance they require are also considered.

Our Care Aides will possess the necessary training in basic care protocols and the particular skill set to effectively address the identified needs, ensuring a compatible and supportive caregiving relationship.
