How long will it take for CaringWheels to respond?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. It will take us 3-4 working days to respond to you.
How am I eligible for training when I join CaringWheels as a Volunteer/ Freelancer?
Upon joining the team, you will be required to attend a selection of training sessions. The initial cost of this training will be borne by you. However, once you have committed to CaringWheels for approximately 48 hours, the cost will be reimbursed by CaringWheels.
Where do I request for services?
Service bookings are only limited for CaringWheels Members. To start using our services, kindly register as a member here. Once your account is all set up and verified, you may start booking!
How do I sign up for caregivers' events?
You may sign up for events by visiting Services > Caregiver Events on our website.
How early should I make my booking?
All bookings made must be at least 14 days in advance.
