Arranging transportation for a loved one with disabilities or physical health challenges can be overwhelming. Public transportation may not be feasible, and organizing private hire options can add to the stress.

I am not a member with CaringWheels. Can I request for CaringWheels transportation service?
The transportation service is only available to members of CaringWheels. The free membership is open to everyone who is a caregiver or who wish to support our caregiving community.
What is the maximum number of stops allowed for one transportation service?
Each transportation booking is to take you from your pick-up point to a designated location. Example, from point A to point B and no in-between stops nor to another additional location.
If I have two care recipients with the same drop-off location, can I book a single transportation service for both?
Each booking for transportation is for one caregiver with one care recipient.
The vehicle only allows for one care recipient with wheelchair.
