Donate & Volunteer
Our volunteers and donors keep us going.
Since CAL started running its programmes and services in 2012, volunteers have been an integral part of our success in delivering the core Caregivers-to-Caregivers Training Programme. As our programmes and services expanded over the years, these volunteers have continued to support CAL in myriad ways, including being involved in training, outreach, events, fundraising, emotional support and administration. As the number of volunteers grow, CAL has developed a formalised SOP for volunteer management, that covers recruitment, selection, matching and placement, orientation and training, supervision and support, retention and recognition and performance appraisal. Volunteers are part of CAL’s valuable resources and we do our best to manage and support volunteers.
