Care Aide
Companionship, befriending and help with day-to-day activities when you need to take a break! As a caregiver, caring for yourself is important too!

Caregiver burnout?
Make time to relax
Often, caregivers do not take any breaks from their daily caregiving activities. Over the long term, the stress can seriously affect their health.
Hence, having a care aide to run errands for a couple of hours or to help watch over your loved one can be an option for you to have some guilt-free “me-time”
Let our Care Aide support you!
It is often said that the caregiver has to prioritise self-care in order to take better care of your loved one. Our care aide can offer some relief to the caregiver through befriending companionship or even taking over some menial tasks for a couple hours or lending a sympathetic ear.
